THE place to look for links on anything to help you with school work, homework, projects and coursework. The sites are individually reviewed and many are based in the UK so contain some really relevant stuff. Lots of links to great maths web sites and special links on numeracy for the younger mathematicians.

Education on the Internet
A very useful site for all GCSE students. Lots of links to reviewed sites are provided for all major topics including maths. You can also keep fully up to date with developments of new sites by subscribing to the free Education on the Internet newsletter which is published each week.
Centre for Innovation in Mathematics
Mainly for teachers though includes some interesting real-life topics in the resources sections which are sponsored by major companies. Includes genetic fingerprinting and the oddly named "dipstick problem".
GCSE Answers
GCSE Answers - Good site with loads of info./problems for GCSE Maths and English. Written by teachers, so as a rule it can be fairly conventional stuff.
Mathslessons
Mathslessons contains loads of good info. and problems for GCSE maths - If you can bear the psychadelic fonts!
Maths Year 2000
Various Maths links, also details of maths events in the UK. Click on GCSE to try out an interesting program which generates tests with GCSE maths style questions for you.
Project GCSE
Good site for GCSE revision for most subject (including maths). Not all of the maths sections will be relevant to your particular syllabus.
BBC's GCSE Bitesize
There is no better site than this for maths GCSE revision. Though the tutorials seem a bit too brief for some topics.
Maths Revision
If you know your maths already and maybe just need some memory jogging info, then this may be a handy no-nonsense site. There's not enough easy to find info. for beginners though.

An excellent collection of easy to read revision notes. Good no-nonsense stuff.

Good clear GCSE maths revision site which includes a sample exam paper.
Maths is Fun
Here's a great UK site for all of you who need good clear explanations on key stage 3 GCSE maths topics. If the going gets a bit tough doing the Easymaths problems (many of these are intended for higher level Key Stage 4 GCSE students), surf on over to Maths is Fun to master the basics - and if you need a rest from "real" maths you can even make an alien mask using coordinates!
