Jobs which use Negative Numbers

There are lots of jobs which require people to understand how negative numbers work. Here are just a few:

Computer programmer

Graphic designer

Construction expert

Business consultant

Airline Pilot

Weather expert

Bankers and Stockbrokers etc.

Note that these are all known as "Top Jobs" as they pay good money and are interesting - what could be better - a job that is fun to do and lets you buy a nice house and car etc….

Companies employing people to do these jobs expect the person doing the job to understand the basics of maths so that they can do their actual job (e.g. fly a plane) much better.

Does this make maths seem worthwhile. I think it does. Do you?
